ALLEGED GRIEVANCE
MEN TEMPORARILY CEASE WORK. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, May 18. Employees of Borthwick’s Freezing Works at Belfast resolved, at a meeting held during the lunch hour today, not to start work again until 3 p.m. The resolution was passed resolving to stop work for two hours as a protest against the company's alleged noncompliance with a section of the freezing workers’ award dealing with the provision of dining, dressing and bathrooms. About 300 men are affected.
