S.M. COURT

SITTING AT MASTERTON. CIVIL BUSINESS. At the civil sitting of the Masterton S.M. Court today before Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., judgment was given for plaintiff in the following cases:—A. R. Green v. Thomas O’Connor, claim £9 10s 8d and costs; J. Miller v. P. Rollings. claim £1 5s and costs; New Zealand Farmers’ Co-op. Dist. Co. v. E. Knott, claim Ils 5d and costs. In a defended action Keith Allan Morris claimed from James Walker the sum of £ll 2s 6d. After having heard the evidence the Magistrate gave judgment for plaintiff.
