“AMAZING DECISION”
AUSTRALIAN BOXING CONTEST. SABATINO CONSPICUOUS (Recd This Day, 11.50 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 17. In a twelve-round boxing contest at the Stadium between Fred Henneberry 11.3, and Atilio Sabatina, 11.1, ended in a draw. The “Herald” says it was an amazing decision. Sabatino was conspicuous in every round until the tenth, when Henneberry began to make up the leeway but he failed by a great margin to equal the considerable number of points amassed by Sabatino.
