MILITARY BALL
BIG ATTRACTION NEXT WEEK. During the last week the Military Ball Committee has been very busy making final arrangements for its eleventh annual Military Ball, to be held in the Municipal Hall, Masterton, on Wednesday, May 13. Once again the committee is sparing no efforts to please its hundreds of patrons and the supper, which is. in charge of a very capable ladies' committee, under Mesdames C. E. Rogers and I. A. Hart, will be as attractive as ever. The decorative scheme, which is in the hands of Sergeant J. K. Welch, will be something bright, original and effective. The committee gives a final reminder to those who have not yet received invitations to this outstanding social event, to forward their names and addresses to Mr A. H. Green, Borough Council Office, Masterton. ■'
