EXPROPRIATED OIL
SCHEME FOR REPAYMENT PRESIDENT’S PROPOSAL. EXPERTS TO DETERMINE AMOUNT. MEXICO, City, May 13. The President, General Cardenas, issued a statement proposing the repayment of the oil expropriated with 60 per cent of the annual production of pertoleum over a ten-year-period. The remaining 40 per cent would be retained for domestic requirements. The total amount of the debt would be determined by experts.
