SMASH IN RACE

TWO JOCKEYS KILLED. By Telegraph —Press Association. Copyright. ADELAIDE, May 11. The leading Victorian jockey, Ray Wilson, and a prominent South Australian jockey Stan Kite, were killed in a smash at the Morphetville races today. The accident occurred in the Accession Handicap. Kite’s horse fell and brought down four others. Wilson, whose head was crushed, died instantly, and Kite died in the casualty room.

Another jockey, Higson, was seriously injured.
