CHARGE AGAINST SPENSLEY.
VERDICT OF MANSLAUGHTER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND. May 11. After a retirement of three hours, the jury returned with a verdict of manslaughter in the case in which Francis Borgia Spensley, aged 19, was charged with the murder of his father, Robert Fitzroy Spensley. at Swanson. Prisoner was remanded for sentence. The jury retired at 11.30 a.m.
