RELICENSING OF MOTOR VEHICLES Number Plates for 1938-39 ARE NOW BEING ISSUED. Avoid the Last-minute Congestion by RELICENSING EARLY. After Tuesday, the 31 st May, all Motor Vehicles must be equipped with 1938-39 number plates.
