COSY THEATRE
“DRAEGERMAN COURAGE.” A thrilling drama of men’s courage in facing death to rescue ill-fated comrades is depicted in “Draegerman Courage," which opens at the Cosy Theatre tonight, with Jean Muir and Barton Mac Lane in the featured roles. In addition to its breath-taking action, the story carries a heart-warm-ing romance in which a young girl battles at the side of her sweetheart through long, dreary days and nights to rescue the victims from the cavedin mine. “Oh. Mr Porter," the hilarious new Will Hay starring picture, presents this popular comedian in his most brilliant screen role. Apart from the laughter-making proclivities
of the story, it abounds in thrills and excitement, providing the star with a role which he plays with a devastating seriousness and arousing considerable sympathy for the character. The supporting cast includes Sebastian Smith, Agnes Lauchlan, Percy Walsh, Dennis Wyndham and Dave O'Toole.
