HENLEY MURDER
ANOTHER REMAND GRANTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN. This Day. A further - remand till May 16 was granted when Eric Sandagger Parks, 28. appeared in the Police Court this morning charged with murdering Frances Amelia Lee, at Henley' on April 14. In reply' to the Magistrate, the police stated that it was not intended to proceed with the case on May 16. A further remand is to be asked for.
