HAPLESS ARMY
STARVING IN PYRENEES. SPANISH GOVERNMENT FORCE. SARAGOSSA, May 4. Twenty-five hundred Government troops are starving in the Pyrenees near Bielsa. The relief they were promised after their separation from the main body last month is no longer expected and they are subsisting almost entirely on vegetables from France. Many are succumbing to cold.
