More liberal consideration to be given to outlying portions of the Borough streets and footpaths. 3. New swimming baths, with a view to tepid baths being established. 4. Well-defined pedestrian crossings in Queen Street and intersecting streets; the removal of “domes” from Queen Street, which would be replaced by white lines. 5.
