MASTERTON MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS. TO THE ELECTORS: JOHN C. JUDD, a candidate for the J Borough Council, will advocate th.? following if elected:— 1. Improved water supply. 2. More liberal consideration to be given to outlying portions of the Borough streets and footpaths. 3. New swimming baths, with a view to tepid baths being established. 4. Well-defined pedestrian crossings in Queen Street and intersecting streets; the removal of “domes” from Queen Street, which would be replaced by white lines. 5.
