TN PURSUANCE of Section 13 of The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, as amended by Section 4 of The Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act. 1936, I hereby give PUBLIC NOTICE that Frank Brazendale, one of the three candidates for the Election to be held on WEDNESDAY, the 11th day of May, 1938, for the purpose of electing two representatives of the Dalefield Riding, has signed and delivered to me notice of retirement from the said Election. As by such retirement the number of candidates is reduced to the number of vacancies to be filled, I HEREBY PUBLICLY DECLARE the two remaining candidates, namely— COURT, Francis, and GALLON, Leslie Stuart, to be duly elected representatives of the DALEFIELD RIDING.
