DRUIDS’ LODGE
FORTNIGHTLY MEETING. The. fortnightly meeting of the Druids’ Lodge was held in the Foresters’ Hall last night, the A.D., Bro. •T. Pickett, presiding over a good attendance of brethren. Totara Lodge, Carterton, wrote congratulating the lodge on winning the ritual shield. Reports were received in connection with the recent meetings of the U.F.S. Dispensary Board and the U.P.S. Council. Ten brethren were declared on the sick benefit of the lodge, the visiting bards reporting favourably on their condition. A clearance on behalf of a brother from Raetihi Lodge was accepted. An invitation to attend a meeting of Myrtle Lodge was received, and it was decided to try and arrange a more suitable night. It was decided that the A.D. represent the lodge at the Totara Lodge’s annual ball. ' Sick pay and accounts amounting to £l4 17s were passed for payment. At the conclusion of lodge business Bro. H. Byrn gave an interesting lecture on wireless after which the members were entertained to supper.
