MELBOURNE TO SYDNEY ON TOY TRICYCLE VICTORIAN BUSINESS MAN’S RIDE (By Telegraph —Press Association.) SYDNEY. May 1. Alfred Williamson, aged 43, Melbourne business man. pedalled from Melbourne to Sydney on a child s tricycle for wagers amounting to £3o challenging him to cover the distance in less than 21 days. He actually completed the trip in less than 10 days, arriving at Sydney today. He was greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.
