BELGIAN WORKERS DEMAND ARMS FOR SPAIN AND DEFENCE OF JEWS. (Recd. This Day, 10.10 a.m.) BRUSSELLS. May 1. Ten thousand workers took part in processions and held a mass meeting without incident. The principal demands were arms for Spain and defence of the Jews.
