I hereby give Public Notice that the following Candidates respectively have been nominated for the office of Councillors for the BELVEDERE, DALEFIELD and MAUNGARAKI Ridings, respectively, as follows: —• Belvedere Riding: ALLEN, Ernest William MACAULAY, Donald John REID, Austin Edward REID. Charles Dalefield Riding: BRAZENDALE, Frank COURT, Francis GALLON, Leslie Stuart Maungaraki Riding: CAMERON, Charles Archibald JOBLIN, Frederick William McGREGOR, Alexander McGREGOR, Duncan ROSS, Alexander As the number of candidates exceeds the number of offices to be filled, I hereby give further notice that a POLE for the Election of TWO COUNCILLORS for the BELVEDERE RIDING, TWO COUNCILLORS for the DALEFIELD RIDING, and FOUR COUNCILLORS for the MAUNGARAKI RIDING, will be taken on WEDNESDAY, the 11th day of May, 1938, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., and for such purpose I hereby appoint the following polling-places:— BELVEDERE RIDING: The County Office, Memorial Square, Carterton.
