MEXICAN OIL
STAND TAKEN BY BRITISH GOVERNMENT. RESTRICTIONS ON CONTRACTS. (Recd This Day, 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, April 29. Tae Prime Minister, the Rt Hon Neville Chamberlain, replying to a question in the House of Commons said no oil from Mexico would be allowed to be included in any Government contract ' purchase until a settlement had been reached over the seizure of the British property in Mexico.
