PROPOSED EXTENSION IN BRITAIN. LONDON. April 28. The British Medical Association’s plan for a national, co-ordinated health policy suggests an extension of medical service under the National Health Insurance Scheme to an additional 18 to 20 millions by the inclusion of every member of, every family with an income under £250 a year; also the extension of the present system to include every type of specialist, full dental and opthalmic services and the establishment of a complete maternity service.
