GOING NAZI AND FASCIST ACCORDING TO JUDGE RUTHERFORD SYDNEY, April 29. Judge Rutherford, who is a passenger in the Niagara, which sailed at noon for Auckland, told an interviewer before sailing that he was convinced Australia was slowly but surely handing herself over to the forces of Naziism and Fascism.
