SERIOUSLY ILL IN LONDON. LONDON, April 28. The “Daily Mail'’ says the Queen’s mother, Countess Strathmore, is seriously ill at her London home. The Queen visited her twice yesterday. A later message reports that the Countess of Strathmore, who is over 70, is slightly better. She came to London to attend the wedding which is to take place today between Viscount Anson and the Hon. Anne Bowes-Lyon, the Queen’s niece.
