PUBLIC NOTICES. MAURICEVILLE COUNTY COUNCIL. ELECTION OF COUNCILLORS. WEST RIDING. PURSUANT to Section 3 of “The Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act. 1926,” I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that the following five Candidates have been duly nominated as Councillors to represent the West Riding of the County of Mauriceville: — ALFRED FORSBERG ANDREW GRAY WILLIAM ALFRED MILLER CYRIL WELCH ARTHUR GRAHAM THORBY And as only THREE Candidates are required for the said West Riding, I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an Election will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 11th day of May, 1938, AND I HEREBY APPOINT the following places to be Polling Booths for the purposes of such Election:— County Office, Mauriceville. Residence of Mr C. Burton, Mt. * Bruce, Masterton. Residence of Mr S. Corlett, Putara. Ihuraua Hall. Hastwell Hall, Hastwells. The Office of myself, Leecroft Chambers, Masterton. NOTE —The Polling Booths will open at 9 a.m., and close at 6 p.m. Dated this 28th day of April, 1938. A. W. G. HOLDINGS, Returning Officer.
