WIPING OUT JEWS
COLDBLOODED FEROCITY IN AUSTRIA FOUR-YEAR ELIMINATION PLAN. EXCLUSION FROM PROFESSIONS AND TRADE. (Recd This Day, 12.45 p.m.) VIENNA, April 26. A four-year plan, to wipe out Jews from Vienna, is outlined by the Austrian "Voelkischer Beobachter.” By 1942 ,no Jews will be allowed to run businesses or to be employed. Only elderly Jews may remain: “To spend here the money they have acquired, which they are not permitted to export, while they await death.” Journalists, authors, painters and theatre performers with any trace of Jewish blood will be eliminated by 1940.
