OFFICIAL VISIT BY FRENCH MINISTERS INVITED TO WINDSOR CASTLE. M. AVENOL ALSO TO CONFER WITH GOVERNMENT. (British Official Wireless). (Recd This Day, 11.48 a.m.) RUGBY, April 25. In the field of international affairs, the most interesting event of the week in London will be the discussion which will open on Thursday between British ministers and M. Daladier (French Premier) and M. Bonnet (French Foreign Minister) who are visiting London at the invitation of the British Government. The King has invited the French Ministers to visit Windsor Castle. They will lunch with Mr Chamberlain on Thursday and spend the night at Windsor Castle. On Friday they will lunch with Lord Halifax and return to Paris later in the day. Another visitor to London is M. Jules Avenol (Secretary-General of the League of Nations), who will discuss with Lord Halifax questions relating to procedure at the League Council meeting on May 9, at which the question of the recognition of the Italian conquest of Abyssinia will engage attention.
