INVESTIGATION IN JAPAN. LONDON, April 20. The “Times” Tokio correspondent says a commission is investigating the books used in universities, banning those regarded as encouraging Liberalism, offending against morals, describing excessive cruelty or written by authors who have attacked Japan.
