PAHIATUA AMBULANCE
NEW VEHICLE TO BE ORDERED After it had been stated that the ambulance took from 1.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. to travel from Pahiatua to Pongaroa and back, a distance of 84 miles, the Wairarapa Hospital Board decided today to call tenders for a new conveyance. It was stated that the present ambulance was out of date and most uncomfortable.
