THE ARRESTS IN RUMANIA MANY PRIESTS & OFFICERS INCLUDED. ARRANGEMENTS TO EXPEDITE TRIALS. (Reed This Day. 1.10 p.m.) LONDON. April 20. The “Daily Telegraph's" Bucharest correspondent says two hundred priests are among those arrested in connection with the Iron Guard conspiracy. Both the vicar and curate of one Bucharest church are included, causing a cancellation of Easter services. Many junior Army officers have also been imprisoned. Military and civilian lawyers are working as speedily as to expedite the trials and it is hoped that many will be completed before the weekend.
