OVERSEA SETTLEMENT

NEW OFFICIAL MEMBER OF BOARD. (British Official Wireless). (Recd This Day, 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, April 20. The Dominions Secretary (Mr Malcolm MacDonald) has appointed Mr E. Hale, an Assistant-Secretary to the Treasury, to be an official member of the Oversea Settlement Board from April 22, in place of Mr A. P. Waterfield, who was recently appointed a member of the Palestine Partition Commission.
