M. Boddington reports that 15 points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today. The indications arc for south-easter-ly moderate winds freshening, expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts; rain probable. Conditions cool. The barometer has a falling tendency.
