WOMEN’S DIVISION MEETING RANGITUMAU BRANCH The annual meeting of the Rangitumau Branch of the W.D.F.U. was held in the hall last week. There was a good attendance of members. After the adoption of the report and balance sheet, Mrs D. James (president), and Miss E. Duckett (secretary), were presented with dainty floral tributes by the members. The following officers were elected for the ensuing years:—President, Mrs. D. James, secretary, Miss F. Wrigley, vice-presidents, Mesdames R. McGovern, J. Duckett, L. R. Wilton, F. Wrigley, E. F. Wilton, C. J. Macdonald, N. McLachlan and Miss A. Harvey, advisory committee, Mrs D. James and Mrs F. Wrigley, Press correspondent, Mrs E. T. Wilton, provincial delegates, Mrs D. James, Mrs Wrigley and Miss Ir Hervey.

A dainty afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mesdames C. Macdonald and N. McLachlan.
