TVOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in pursuance of Wairarapa Counties’ Joint By-Laws, Amended By-Law 1930, the Featherston County Council, by resolution dated the Bth day of April, 1938, has determined that, owing to weather conditions, the roads within the County described in the Schedule hereto, while fit for heavy traffic up to: — (a) Three tons in weight in the case of the transportation of any motor vehicle; (b) One and one-ljalf tons avoirdupois in weight to each pair of wheels in the case of any other motor vehicle engine or machine, will be unfit for heavy traffic exceeding such weights for the whole of the months of May, June, July, August and September, 1938, and has, by the said resolution, ordered that heavy traffic exceeding the said weights shall, during the said months, cease on the said roads. THE SCHEDULE. All roads in the Greytown Riding except the Wellington-Napier M.H., Greytown-Bidwill's Cutting M.H., and No. 1 Line. All roads in the Otaraia Riding excepting the Martinborough-Otaraia M.H., and the Martinborough-Hau-totara Bridge M.H. All roads in the Turanganui Riding excepting the Martinborough-Otaraia M.H. All roads in the Awhea Riding. All roads in the Pahaoa Riding. All roads in the Western Lake Riding, excepting the Featherston-Pigeon Bush M.H.
