CARTERTON

FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT (‘■Times-Age” Special) The Wairarapa Rugby Union’s seven-a-side tournament will be held at Carterton on Saturday afternoon. The entries in the senior grade are: —Red Star A and B, Carterton A and - B, Old Boys A and B, Masterton A and B, Gladstone A and B, Greytown A and B. The junior’ teams will be: Carterton A and B, Masterton A and B, Red Star A and B, Greytown A and B, Old Boys A and B, and Opaki. The Referees’ Association will meet on Thursday evening to allocate the referees for the matches, and the Rugby Union will, the same evening, draw up the fixtures for the tournament. PERSONAL Miss Betty Beale of Carterton, is visiting Tokomaru Bay.
