Prison is no place for boy offenders, and great interest attaches to the Q Camp for boy delinquents which has been established near London. It consists of 26 acres of land where the boys can live as a self-governing colony. They live under canvas in summer and in wooden huts in winter. The boys make their own laws and learn to discipline themselves. They have a camp council and obey it. They pass from delinquency to usefulness and self-respect, and after 18 months' experience the plan seems to be succeeding.
