The Chamber of Deputies by 508 votes to 12 granted the Government plenary financial powers. M. Daladie’s majority in the Chamber generally is endorsed by all sections of the Press. SENATE APPROVES BILL (Recd This Day, 9.45 a.m.) PARIS, April 13. The Senate Financial Commission unanimously approved the Financial Bill. NO CHANGE IN POLICY FRENCH ATTITUDE TO CENTRAL EUROPE PARIS, April 13. The Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, receiving the Czech Minister, M. Osusky, gave an assurance that the new French Government intended to pursue the same policy as its predecessor regarding Czechoslovakia and Central Europe.
