MR GERALD KELLY TO PAINT STATE PORTRAITS. (Recd This Day, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 13. Mr Gerald Kelly, R.A., has been commissioned to paint State portraits of their Majesties, the King and Queen. Mr Kelly has pictures in the public collections of Marseilles, Brussels, Dublin, Cork, Johannesburg, Petermaritzburg, Ottawa, Toronto, Sydney, Bradford, Hull, Manchester, Oldham and the Tate Gallery.
