SERVICE OF WITNESS

MUNICIPAL HALL ON GOOD FRIDAY.

The annual United Service of Witness, as arranged by the Masterton Ministers’ Association, will be held as usual on Good Friday evening at 7.45 p.m. in the Municipal Hall. The president of the Ministers’ Association (the Rev. D. McNeur) will preside and the speaker for the evening will be the Rev. T. V. Pearson. “On this sacred day,’’ the organisers state, “Christians will desire to ‘watch with Christ’ and by their presence and sympathy reveal their thankfulness and love for the great gift of salvation won for them on the Cross.”
