Miss A. M. Brown reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today: —Barograph, 30.29; shade temperature, 77.8; minimum, 49.4; terrestrial, 42.6; sunshine, 9 hours* 30 minutes. The indications are for northerly moderate to strong winds, freshening to gale in places. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather but increasing haze and cloudiness, and later scattered rain probable. Temperatures mild, barometer unsteady, but has a falling tendency.
