PROFESSOR’S ABUSE OF EMPIRE RESENTED MOVE TO SECURE DISMISSAL SASKATOON, April 8. A declaration by Professor Lyle King, of Saskatchewan University, before the Young -Communist League, that the British Empire was not worth fighting for. drew a protest from the Saskatchewan branch of the Canadian Legion, which suggested that veterans’ organisations make a united request to the Government and the University to dismiss him.
