EXPORT CLEARANCE
AGREEMENTS WITH ITALY AND RUMANIA By Telegraph—Press Association, Copyright. (Recd This Day, 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 8. The House of Commons approved an exports clearing agreement with Italy, on assurance from Colonel D. J. Colville that there was no suggestion of any loan credit or financial assistance to Italy. A similar agreement with Rumania was approved.
