BRITAIN & ITALY
AGREEMENT TO BE MADE PUBLIC CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO IMPLEMENTATION. SPAIN AND ABYSSINIA. (Recd This Day, at Noon.) LONDON, April 7. The Australian Associated Press learns that the Anglo-Italian Agreement will be made public before signing, with two conditions before implementation. Firstly, Britain will not sign until the Italians evacuate Spain, and, secondly, Italy will not sign until Britain recognises de jure Italy's conquest of Abyssinia.
