THREE VILLAGES TAKEN BY REPUBLICANS. RAILWAY TO PORTUGAL CUT. MADRID, April 7. The Republican offensive, which has been long dormant on the Estremadura front, resulted in the capture of three villages and the cutting of the railway from Talavera to Portugal. ANOTHER REBEL GAIN POWER STATION CAPTURED CONTROL OVER BARCELONA SUPPLY (Recd This Day, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, April 7. General Franco’s troops have taken the Tremp (about half-way between Lerida and the crest of the Pyrenees), where the power station supplying Barcelona with electricity is sutuated. MOVE TO THE SOUTH ADVOCATED BY MEMBERS OF CABINET (Recd This Day, 9.35 a.m.) BARCELNOA, April 7. Several Cabinet members are advocating the transference of the Government to South Spain.
