WAIRARAPA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD. UPPER RANGITUMAU SPECIAL RATING DISTRICT. 'J’HE Wairarapa Electric Power Board proposes to raise a Special Loan of £1250 for the purpose of extending the Board’s distribubution lines a distance of approximately four and one-quarter miles along and adjacent to the Kaka Amu Road. Pursuant to Section 3 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” notice is here- . by given that the special roll of the Upper Rangitumau Special Rating District over which the above loan will be raised will be open for public inspection during office hours at the offices of the Wairarapa Electric Power Board at Masterton and Carterton for seven days from date hereof. Any person whose name appears on such roll may, not latei - than seven days after the last day on which such roll is open for inspection, lodge with the Board an objection to his name being included in the roll on the ground that his property will not be benefited or will be only partially benefited by the expenditure of the proposed loan or on the ground that the property of any person is wholly or partially omitted from the roll. Such objection shall be in writing and in duplicate, and shall state? fully the grounds of objection and also the full name and address of the objector. Dated this Bth day of April, 1938. GEO.
