RESIGNATION TENDERED AND REFUSED. CAIRO, April 5. Stating that his mission to learn the nation's opinion had now concluded, Mahmoud Pasha formerly tendered his resignation to King Farouk, who declined to accept it and requested Mahmoud Pasha to prepare the King’s Speech to the New Parliament.
