ACCUSED REMANDED By Telegraph.—Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 4. The hearing of the charge against Francis Robert Spensley, aged 19, of having murdered his father at Swanson on February 6 will begin at the Magistrates' Court on April 13. When Spensley appeared on remand this morning, Detective-Sergeant Nalder asked for a further remand.

The magistrate, Mr F. K. Hunt: You will be going on with it then, won't you? Detective-Sergeant Nalder: Yes, sir.
