PLANES ATTACKING BRITISH STEAMERS OFFICIAL PROTEST SENT TO FRANCO. IMMEDIATE CESSATION DEMANDED. By Telegraph—Press Assn., Copyright. (Recd This Day, 11.30 a.m.) ■ LONDON, April 4. The captains of five- British merchantmen at Tarragona have informed the British Government that aeroplanes are daily deliberately attacking them. The Government has asked General Franco to order immediately a cessation of these attacks.
