ATTACK ON FASCISM
AMERICAN MINISTER SPEAKS OUT. CHICAGO, April 4. The Secretary of the Interior, Mr.Harold L. Ickes, declared that Fascism, not Communism, was the real menace to free American institutions. “While theoretically Fascism is controlled capitalism, before long there is always someone ready and able to seize control of controlled capitalism,” he said.
