AGREEMENT REPORTED FORMAL SIGNING EXPECTED BEFORE EASTER. SPAIN TAKES LAST PLACE. (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) ROME, April 1. Government circles expect that a general Anglo-Italian agreement will be signed before Easter. It is understood that a verbal agreement has already been reached regarding Palestine and Red Sea problems. It is believed that Spain will be dealt with at the end of the negotiations, in view of the rapidly changing situation.
