PERSONAL

Mr. W. McMinn, placement officer, of Greytown, is at present relieving in the Hawke’s Bay district, and, on his return, will, with his family, take up his residence in Masterton. The death occurred at Auckland of Miss Grace Walton, daughter of the late Mr Daniel Walton and Mrs Walton, of Masterton, and sister of Mrs H. C. Mclvor, of Kelburn, and Misses Mabel and Margaret Walton, of Auckland.

Mr J. Robertson, member for Masterton, is leaving on Tuesday for Sydney. He will be away for a fortnight. During Mr Robertson’s absence, his colleague, Mr B. Roberts, member for Wairarapa, will attend to any urgent business arising in the Masterton constituency.
