UNDER PARIS
SOLUTION OF TRAFFIC PROBLEMS. Paris is trying underground roads as a solution of its traffic problems. There are now ten of these tunnels at the intersections of the main city exits, which formerly created great traffic congestion. A recent census showed that in 24 hours nearly 20,000 cars used the Porte Maillot tunnel road.
