AGAIN DELAYED
FRENCH FINANCE BILL. PARIS, March 31. The Government's new Finance Bill, by which it is expected the Premier (M. Blum) will stand or fall, has again been delayed owing to the Premier's preoccupation with the metal industries strike. It will be tabled in the Chamber of Deputies, examined by the Financial Commission on April 4 and debated in the Chamber on April 5.
